These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NeonBoard, operated by Global Crossover ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1.The Service
NeonBoard is a cloud-based digital signage platform that allows users to design display content and push it to connected screens. We provide the software; you provide the content and screens.
2.Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years of age to use NeonBoard.
3.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, hateful, or violates third-party rights
- Use NeonBoard to display content that constitutes harassment, discrimination, or targeted abuse
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
4.Subscription and Billing
NeonBoard offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
5.Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, your account reverts to the Starter (free) tier unless you upgrade.

7.Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload. By using NeonBoard, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
8.Intellectual Property
The NeonBoard platform, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by Global Crossover. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
9.System Templates
The 30+ system templates provided in NeonBoard are licensed for use within the platform only. You may customize and use them for your business displays. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves.
10.Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service outages, data loss, or technical failures.
11.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Crossover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of NeonBoard.
12.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
13.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
