Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. We receive billing confirmation and subscription status only.

Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for security and performance purposes.

To provide, operate, and maintain the NeonBoard platform
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)

Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure)
Stripe (payment processing)

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your organization, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Media files in storage are deleted immediately upon your request.
